ErosNetwork.com and it`s associated websites provides a guarantee that all advertising purchased by the customer will be delivered as per the advertising package information that is listed on the associated pages.

ErosNetwork.com provides no guarantee of sales or conversions and the purchase of any advertising packages through us confirms that all orders placed are at your own responsibility and that you understand this. These terms also confirm that you understand that chargebacks cannot be accepted by the customer due to the nature of the service being provided.

Refunds cannot be provided however we work closely with all customers and in the unlikely event of a customer concern, we will attempt to resolve any issues that are raised during the campaign.

Following your advertising purchase, you will be emailed an invoice outlining details of your order and requesting a signature that you understand our terms and are happy to proceed with the order.
